Booking Confirmation
Learners receive an automated confirmation email after booking. If not received within two hours, please call us during working hours.
Eligibility
It is the learner’s responsibility to ensure they meet all course criteria before booking. Ineligible learners will be refused entry and will not be entitled to a refund.
By Learner:
All bookings are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests must be made via email at least 72 hours before the course start date. A £150 rescheduling fee applies.
Premium package learners are allowed up to two free reschedules, if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
Absence without notice or incomplete attendance voids eligibility for refund or rescheduling.
In case of illness, a doctor’s letter is required. A £150 admin fee applies for rescheduling.
By Provider:
If learners fail to meet eligibility criteria or required documents on Day 1, no refund is provided. A £150 rescheduling fee applies.
Failing the literacy test will result in a refund minus a £150 admin fee.
Late arrivals may result in rescheduling at a £150 fee.
If the provider cancels the course, learners may opt for a full refund or to reschedule.
Discounted courses are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
You may cancel your online course purchase within 14 days of booking under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
If login details or materials have been issued, the cancellation right is forfeited.
Admin and registration fees of £199 per course will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Materials sent by post must be returned before a refund is processed.
Switching from classroom to online (or vice versa) will incur a £99 admin fee.
All refund or cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or post.
Fees paid by employers are non-refundable.
