About the Scottish Personal Licence Refresher Course

In Scotland, Personal Licence holders are legally required to complete refresher training every five years to stay updated on the licensing system and provide the certificate to the Licensing Board that issued their licence.

Additionally, licences must be renewed every ten years, with the renewal application completed at least three months before the licence expires.
