Certificates are usually issued within 10–12 working days after course completion. You’ll get an email notification once your certificate is ready.
Once you've completed your training, you can apply to renew your licence through the official SIA website. Most applications are processed within 25 working days.
Your renewed Door Supervisor licence will be valid for 3 years, assuming you’ve completed all required training and meet the SIA’s other eligibility criteria.
