You must bring valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) and two proof of address documents, such as utility bills or bank statements dated within the last 3 months.
No — this course must be attended in person. Practical assessments such as physical intervention cannot be conducted online, as per SIA requirements.
You should receive your certificate within 10–12 working days after completing the course. We’ll notify you via email once it’s ready.
Once you pass the course, head over to the SIA website to start your renewal application. It usually takes around 25 working days to process.
