If you already hold a recognised teaching qualification (like the Level 3 Award in Education and Training), this course allows you to expand your training portfolio and deliver accredited conflict management training in a range of sectors.
To enrol on the Level 3 Award in Delivering Conflict Management Training, you must already hold a recognised teaching qualification. The most common one is the Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET), or an equivalent such as PTLLS.
If you don’t have a teaching qualification yet, you can take both the AET and this course as a combined package. Many learners choose this route to become fully qualified trainers.
You should also have good verbal and written communication skills, as you’ll be assessed on your ability to deliver engaging training sessions.
The Level 3 Award in Delivering Conflict Management Training is split into two units. Each unit has a different assessment method to test both your theoretical knowledge and practical training ability.
This unit is assessed through a multiple-choice exam. You’ll be given 1 hour to answer 30 questions and must score at least 20 correct answers to pass.

You can complete all of Unit 2 online at your own pace with complete tutor guidance.
There’s no fixed timeframe; how long it takes to complete the course entirely depends on you. We’ve had learners finish everything in as little as 1 to 2 weeks, but the pace is entirely up to how much time you can commit.
You’ll start with Unit 2, which is completed online and self-paced through our Learning Management System (LMS). Once you’ve submitted all required tasks, you’ll be invited to take the multiple-choice exam for Unit 1. The MCQ assessment can be taken at one of our training centres or online, remotely, for an additional fee of £65.
You’ll have up to 12 months from your enrolment date to complete the qualification, giving you full flexibility to fit it around your schedule.
Completing the Level 3 Award in Delivering Conflict Management Training offers a range of professional and practical benefits, whether you're entering the training field or expanding your qualifications.
Upon successful completion of the course, you’ll receive the Highfield Level 3 Award in the Delivery of Conflict Management Training (RQF).
This is a nationally recognised qualification regulated by Ofqual and accredited by Highfield Qualifications, one of the UK’s leading awarding bodies.
Your certificate is valid indefinitely — there’s no need to renew it or retake the course in the future.
