The package I enrolled for was not fully delivered and after several call to the customer care, they unprofessionally claimed I (the customer) was waiting their time. The ambiguous information displayed on their webpage deprived me of hard earned cash to which I believed it was on purpose. Very unprofessional customer representative (reference to call made on 24.05.2024 at 12noon) Dissatisfaction is still pending and unresolved till date.
