Designed for trainers, security professionals, and workplace supervisors, this qualification lets you deliver conflict management training across sectors like SIA security, retail, healthcare, and customer service.

The Level 4 Certificate in Leading Internal Quality Assurance is the most advanced course within the TAQA qualification suite and covers all three units of the IQA course. This updated qualification replaced the V1 and V2 qualifications and is the latest standard in IQA training in the UK. The awarding body for this qualification is TQUK.

This Level 4 award provides learners with the opportunity to develop their skills, knowledge and understanding of internal quality assurance. Once completed, learners are able to perform the role of an internal quality assurer. Regulated by TQUK, the level 4 IQA award helps professionals to progress in their careers.

This qualification allows you to become a fully qualified assessor and conduct apprenticeship assessments during the End-Point Assessment (EPA) process. With this certification, you will have the competence and credentials to evaluate learners in both practical work environments and formal educational settings.

The UPPA qualification, or Understanding the Principles and Practices of Assessment, is a level 3 course that teaches the basics of how assessments work. It is useful for people in education and training who want to improve their knowledge of assessment methods. However, completing UPPA does not mean you can assess learners independently—you would need further qualifications.

AVRA stands for Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement. This is a level 3 assessor qualification that focuses on assessing occupational competence in a learning vocational environment. To complete this course, you will be required to assess the occupational competence of two learners.
