CSCS Mock Test Fire Extinguishers

FreeKnowing how to respond to fire accidents is one of the core knowledge areas of the CSCS test. You must pass this test to apply for a CSCS card. This mock test consists of multiple choice questions and you must score 80% to pass the test. Your results will be displayed at the end of the test so you can identify areas where you need further revision.

What is the CSCS Mock Test – Fire Extinguishers?

The CITB Health, Safety, and Environment test is commonly known as the CSCS test because passing it is mandatory to apply for a CSCS card.

There are three types of CITB HS&E Tests:

1. CITB Health, Safety, and Environment Test for Operatives
2. CITB Health, Safety, and Environment Test for Specialists
3. CITB Health, Safety, and Environment Test for Managers and Professionals

The names pretty much explain who they're meant for. For example, the operatives test is for entrants or those with little to no experience. If you plan to work as a labourer on a construction site, you'll need a CSCS Green Card. To get one, take a one-day safety training course, get a certificate, schedule the CITB HS&E test for Operatives, pass it, and apply for the CSCS Green Card.

For Managers and Professionals, the content is a bit different. Managers not only need to keep themselves safe but also oversee the safety of their team. This requires a more comprehensive assessment, considering factors like team management, behavioural psychology, and occupational safety.

The CITB Test covers these core knowledge areas:

1. Working environment
2. Occupational health
3. Safety
4. High-risk activities
5. Specialist knowledge

To prepare for the test, you can download our free handbook with 400 questions and answers. It includes questions on fire prevention and risk identification. This mock test assesses your knowledge in one core area of the CSCS test. This book will be useful if you have a CITB Test scheduled.

What Should You Do After this Mock Test?

You should practise this mock test until you're confident about what to expect. Again, this mock exam focuses on one aspect of the CITB HS&E test. Afterward, go through the handbook provided on this page to find answers to the questions and identify your weaker areas. Once you know where you need improvement, focus on those topics and take this mock test again. Your next step should involve attempting the CSCS Mock Test, which covers all the core knowledge areas. Keep repeating this process until you feel fully prepared.
