In order to acquire the skills of a master negotiator we need to understand the true meaning of a negotiation, and the underlying structure, so that we can master the right skills at the right stage.
This interactive one-day course will equip attendees with the ability to fully understand what the negotiation process is, and what it is not, different negotiation styles so that we can adapt our approach to fit each scenario, and the techniques to protect our interests from more powerful counterparties. We will cover all the skills and behaviours required to achieve win-win deals, as well as the communication skills necessary to project confidence and to gain buy-in.
Our workshop is available as a public workshop (held through the year in our City of London training facilities), on-site for teams, and virtually for one-to-one sessions.

The course lasts one-day in duration, with two comfort breaks of 15 minutes, and a lunchbreak.
