The course lasts one-day in duration, with two comfort breaks of 15 minutes, and a lunchbreak.

One-day public courses start at 9:30am GMT and end at 5pm GMT. Timings of one-to-one sessions and on-site workshops depend on the preferences of the client.

If you sadly can no longer attend, we will transfer your bookings and any payments to an agreed alternative date free of charge. If you would like to cancel entirely, a full refund will be provided if you inform us more than 7 days prior to the booked date.
