Our interactive half-day Effective Communication Skills training workshop fully addresses the fact that the quality and depth of our communication has a direct impact on the strength of our relationships and on our ability to generate positive outcomes!
This course addresses techniques for eliminating common communication obstacles, expressing ourselves confidently and clearly as well as how to employ questioning and listening skills to unearth hidden needs, and gain fullest commitment from others.
Our course seeks to equip attendees with tools for creating strong relationships, conveying the very best impression at all times and for dealing with challenging scenarios. It will also assist attendees to communicate assertively using techniques such as the PROVE model, how to say “no” without damaging relationships, and employing positive body language to support our messages.
Our training style is lively and highly interactive and we use activities to embed key messages, and many have commented favourably on the group facilitation, which creates a forum for attendees to share observations and techniques.

The course lasts 3.5 hours, with a comfort break of 15 minutes, in the middle.
Half-day public courses start at 9:30am GMT and end at 1pm GMT. Timing of one-to-one sessions and on-site workshops depend on the preferences of the client.
