On successful completion of the First Aid at Work Refresher course, you will receive a First Aid at Work (FAW) Refresher certificate. It is recommended that you renew your training annually.
Upon completion of the online course, participants will take an online assessment consisting of 25 multiple-choice questions. A passing score of 70% is required to pass the assessment, which is automatically graded. Participants will immediately know if they have passed the assessment. In case of failure, there is no additional cost for retaking the test as many times as necessary to pass. This assessment is a great way to gauge the understanding of the basic first aid training covered in the course.
