The First Aid at Work (FAW) Refresher, also known as the FAW Requalification, is a 2-day training course for people whose FAW certificate is approaching its expiry date. By completing this First Aid at Work Refresher Course in Wirral, you can renew your Level 3 FAW qualification for a further three years.
Unlike the full three-day programme, this refresher focuses on updating your knowledge and allowing you to practise essential first aid skills under the guidance of a qualified assessor. It also ensures you remain compliant with Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidance.
Eligibility & When to Book
This 2-day First Aid at Work renewal course is available only to learners who already hold a valid FAW certificate. It is recommended that you book your place before your current certificate expires to avoid needing to retake the full 3-day First Aid at Work course.
There is a 28-day grace period following expiry. If your certificate has been expired longer than this, you will need to complete the full FAW course again.
