The First Aid at Work (FAW) Refresher, also known as the FAW Requalification, is a 2-day course for individuals whose FAW certification is nearing expiration. By completing the First Aid at Work Refresher Course in Wales, you can extend your Level 3 FAW qualification for an additional three years.
Unlike the comprehensive three-day course, the refresher programme is specifically tailored to update your knowledge and give you hands-on practice of core skills, all under the guidance of a qualified assessor. Eligibility & When to Book for the Wales Course
The 2-day First Aid at Work renewal course is exclusively available to individuals who currently hold a valid FAW certificate. To avoid the need to take the full 3-day course, it is recommended that you book your spot before your existing qualification expires.
Should your certificate expire, you have a 28-day grace period to attend the refresher. If your certificate has expired for more than 28 days, you will be required to complete the full First Aid at Work course.
