The First Aid at Work (FAW) Refresher Course, also known as FAW Requalification, is a comprehensive 2-day training programme for individuals whose FAW certificate is nearing expiration. By completing the First Aid at Work Refresher Course in Glasgow, you will be able to extend your Level 3 FAW certification for an additional three years.
Unlike the full three-day First Aid at Work course, this refresher course focuses on reinforcing key knowledge and providing a hands-on opportunity to refine vital skills under the guidance of a qualified assessor. This 2-day First Aid at Work Refresher course is exclusively available to individuals who currently hold a valid FAW certificate. It is recommended to secure your booking before your certification expires to avoid the need to retake the full 3-day First Aid at Work course.
A 28-day grace period is offered after your certificate expires. If your certification has expired for longer than this period, you will be required to complete the full FAW course again.
On the first day of the course, you will need to present proof of your valid or recently expired FAW certificate.
