The First Aid at Work course lasts for three days. Each day typically runs for 6–7 hours, with scheduled breaks throughout the day.

Please bring photo ID and wear comfortable clothing, as you’ll be practising CPR and recovery position techniques on the floor.

If needed, you’ll receive additional trainer support and access to free revision materials. There will also be opportunities to resit the assessment, with most learners passing on their first attempt.
