These terms outline the conditions that apply when customers book, cancel, or reschedule a course:

1. Bookings

   • Prices are subject to change at Arch Point's discretion.

   • All bookings depend on availability of spaces and resources.

   • Customers must provide accurate personal details. Incorrect information may cause delays in certification.

   • Upon booking, confirmation emails will be sent to both the customer and the delegate. If not received within 15 minutes, the customer should contact Arch Point during office hours to have the email resent.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

   • Cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected] before the course start date.

     • At least 14 days before: 20% cancellation fee.

     • Between 7-14 days before: 40% cancellation fee.

     • Less than 7 days before: No refund.

   • Non-attendance results in no refund, and a new booking must be made.

   • For cancellations due to medical reasons, evidence (e.g., doctor's note) must be provided, and a £60 administration fee applies.

3. Rescheduling

   • Rescheduling must be requested before the course start date via email or phone.

     • 7+ days before: Rescheduling will be accommodated subject to availability and a fee.

     • Less than 7 days before: No rescheduling allowed, a new booking must be made.

   • Rescheduling is allowed within 6 months of the original course date, subject to availability.

   • Flexible rescheduling plans allow one free reschedule; after that, a fee will apply.

   • Failure to reschedule before the course starts or non-attendance requires a new booking at full cost.
