Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior towards instructors or fellow students will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the course.

6. Certifications: a. Successful completion of a security course does not guarantee certification. b. Certifications awarded by the Provider are subject to meeting specific criteria and passing the required assessments. c. The Provider reserves the right to revoke or deny certification if any fraudulent activity or misconduct is discovered.

7. Confidentiality: a. You are expected to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course. b. Sharing or disseminating confidential information without authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences.

8. Limitation of Liability: a. The Provider shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the courses or the use of any provided information.
