 A Slinger Signaller, also known as a Banksman, is in charge of overseeing the safe movement of loads during lifting operations, usually with cranes or other lifting equipment. They ensure the safety of operators, workers, and any site visitors who may be at risk.

How Do I Complete this Qualification?

This NVQ is entirely online and self-paced, so there’s no need to attend a course. You'll complete a simple portfolio on our user-friendly LMS, with one-to-one support from a dedicated assessor.

After enrolling, your assessor will conduct an induction session to:

  • Provide your LMS login credentials
  • Show you how to use the LMS effectively
