It is important that you understand this document (the ‘Contract’) because it explains the terms and conditions (‘Terms’) that will govern the contractual relationship between you and Epic Graduate School (the ‘Academy’ or ‘we’ or ‘our’).

Fee Payment
Refund Policy
Any refund request should be made in writing to the managing director of the academy. Please note that failure to meet any of the above fee payment policies will lead to no claims being accepted and no refunds being made. When a learner is accepted and enrolled on a specific course, it will not be possible to defer the commencement of the course hence fees will not be refunded. If any student willingly opts out of the enrolled course, fees already paid are non-refundable. If the Academy decides on valid grounds not to run a course or terminates a particular course before its completion, due to lack of a viable number of students or any other reason, students may transfer to an alternative course in EPIC GRADUATE SCHOOL or the tuition fees already paid for the remaining duration of the course will be refunded. If a student chooses to withdraw from a course, the following refund policy will be applied:
Students will be charged for missing a payment agreement where no viable explanation given to the Academy. A £45 charge will be applied for non-payment of instalment. Any settlement of payment, if agreed, will be negotiated by the agreement of both parties (academy and student).
The Academy will provide its resource services such as a library, IT, and other services as per the Academy published materials. Sometimes it may not be possible for the circumstances beyond the academy control such as:
The Academy does not accept responsibility or liability for loss of personal property. You are reminded not to keep any personal belonging unattended at any time for security reason and loss and damage. You are advised to take out personal insurance to cover any loss or damage to personal property.
Data Protection Regulations
We will store any information given by the student on a computer and on papers which shall be used by the academy in accordance with it’s the data protection policies. Vertex Academy of Development Studies will use your personal information for academic and/or administrative purposes, including providing references on your behalf. The Academy is legally required to release your personal data to statutory bodies such as the different Awarding bodies etc. Your personal data will also be released where other legislation, such as the Protection of Children Act 1999 or the Mental Health Act 2007, overrules the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998.
