The inside is still pink, but you don\u2019t notice and serve it anyway. That undercooked middle could be carrying campylobacter, especially in barbecue or busy dinner settings.<\/p><p><strong>Symptoms:<\/strong> Diarrhoea, abdominal pain, fever, and flu-like symptoms.
